Job Description:
Philip Morris International is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion, as you will be handling confidential information and communication on behalf of the executives.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives - Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications - Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas - Conducting research and analysis on various topics as needed - Handling expenses and budget tracking - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives - Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
