World Fuel Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess energetic and motivated personality traits, as well as strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls - Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
