Job Description
Starbucks is looking for a motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant to work from home in London, England. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in administrative support.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements - Assist with data entry, creating reports, and maintaining records - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner - Prepare presentations and reports for meetings and other projects - Help with event planning and coordination - Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and other administrative tasks as needed - Use analytical skills to problem solve and improve processes
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in administrative support - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
