Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the office. 2. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. 3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. 4. Maintain and update office records and databases. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. 6. Provide general administrative support to team members as needed. 7. Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks. 8. Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities. 9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Adaptable and dedicated to providing high-quality administrative support. 7. Ability to think strategically and conduct analysis to support decision-making. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 10. Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
