Job Description:
Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. The successful candidate will be confident, independent, adaptable, and persuasive, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist with event planning and coordination - Maintain accurate records and files - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree preferred - Confidence, independence, adaptability, and persuasion skills
