Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in London, England. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: - Assist with data entry and record-keeping - Schedule appointments and meetings - Answer phone calls and respond to emails - Order office supplies and maintain inventory - Assist with special projects as needed - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff - Prepare presentations and reports - Provide general administrative support to the team
