Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at WellCare Health Plans in London, England, UK. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary. 3. Assist with the organization of events, conferences, and other special projects. 4. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for use. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail. 6. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible. 7. Collaborate with other team members to support the overall success of the organization. 8. Assist with other duties and projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles. 2. Independent and reliable, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals. 4. Innovative mindset, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to challenges. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
