Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Darden Restaurants in London, England, UK. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for senior management. 2. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory. 3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. 4. Assist with onboarding new employees and training initiatives. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the team. 6. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records. 7. Prepare expense reports and reconcile discrepancies. 8. Provide general administrative support as needed.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. A driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support. 7. Soft skills in presentation and cooperation are a plus.
