Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hershey in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, and will possess strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data - Track and monitor expenses and prepare budget reports - Assist in the organization of events, meetings, and other special projects - Support HR and recruitment processes - Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Manage and coordinate travel arrangements - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and think critically - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Passionate and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow
