Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


EMC is seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team and work remotely from home in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files - Assist with bookkeeping and budgeting tasks - Support the team in a variety of projects and initiatives - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist in conducting research and preparing reports - Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member - Assist in organizing and planning company events - Provide general administrative support as needed


Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and take on new tasks - High school diploma or equivalent
