Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for an energetic and driven Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Accenture. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. 3. Assist with project coordination and tracking progress towards milestones. 4. Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making. 5. Help with organizing events, conferences, and workshops. 6. Maintain accurate records and databases. 7. Collaborate with team members and external partners as needed. 8. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. 9. Ensure confidentiality and data security in all tasks.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 8. Energetic and driven personality traits. 9. Innovative thinking and research skills.
