Job Description:


Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Prepare and distribute internal communications - Maintain and update databases and filing systems - Assist with data entry and document creation - Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Perform general administrative tasks as required


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
