Job Description:
Cardinal Health, a leading healthcare services company in London, England, is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to work from home. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to management and team members - Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings - Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and reports - Assist with project management tasks - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Perform data entry and maintain databases - Monitor and order office supplies - Assist with event planning and coordination - Other administrative tasks as needed
