Job Description:
Amazon.com is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and stocking necessary items - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Oversee office budget and expenses - Assist with onboarding and training new employees - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Manage office maintenance and repairs - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Supervise administrative staff
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in office management or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership abilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree preferred
