Job Description:
Oneok is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing essential support to our team. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in office management who is energetic and resourceful.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and readily available. 2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending out invites, and preparing necessary materials. 3. Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. 4. Assist with HR-related activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. 5. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department. 6. Assist with event planning and coordination, both internally and externally. 7. Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions. 8. Provide support to senior management as needed. 9. Maintain a clean and organized office space.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making skills. 4. Excellent persuasion skills. 5. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
