Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and driven Office Manager to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in London, England, UK. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in office management. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained. 2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. 3. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. 5. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. 6. Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions and client meetings. 7. Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and receipts. 8. Support senior management with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed. 9. Keep office spaces clean and organized, fostering a positive work environment.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Confident and driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
