Job Description:
Oscar Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Office Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies as needed. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff. 3. Oversee office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. 4. Assist in the planning and execution of company events, both internal and external. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. 6. Monitor and track office expenses, preparing reports for budget planning. 7. Manage office budgets and ensure spending is within allocated limits. 8. Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
