Job Description:
Whirlpool is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to work remotely from home in London, England. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative duties of the office and providing support to our team members. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management.
Responsibilities: - Manage office operations and procedures - Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings - Prepare reports and presentations as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion - Support senior management as needed - Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in office management - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong teamwork and creativity skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Knowledge of office procedures and protocols - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
