Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Kellogg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, remote position at the Associate level, suitable for an individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth functioning of processes. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. - Provide support to team members, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing communication within the organization. - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including maintaining employee records and providing necessary support. - Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships. - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment. - Develop and maintain office budget and expenses. - Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.


Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proven experience in people management and planning. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
