Job Description:
BlackRock, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a talented Office Manager to work remotely from home in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day office operations from home, including coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and organizing meetings. 2. Oversee and maintain office systems, such as filing systems, payroll, and accounting processes. 3. Act as the main point of contact for employees and external partners, providing excellent customer service. 4. Assist in project management and coordination of company events. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain electronic and paper files. 6. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices. 7. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits. 8. Create and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. 5. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. 6. Prior experience in a similar office management role. 7. Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred).
