Job Description - Online Administrative Coordinator


Job Description:


Autoliv is seeking a part-time Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Online Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to our online operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online databases and systems. 2. Monitor and respond to online inquiries and customer service issues. 3. Coordinate online orders and shipments. 4. Generate reports and analyze data for online sales performance. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations. 7. Provide administrative support to the online team as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online administration.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in online tools and software. 5. Reliable and able to work independently. 6. Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities. 7. Team player with a positive attitude. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
