Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in London, England. As an associate level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the online operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and dedication, as well as strong soft skills in analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day online operations of the business, including monitoring website performance, analyzing metrics, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer experience - Implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions - Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on the company website - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses - Support the implementation of new online initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
