Online Operations Manager

At Telephone & Data Systems, we are currently seeking a dedicated and independent Online Operations Manager to join our team in London, England on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day online operations including website maintenance, online campaigns, and customer service interactions - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer experience and drive online sales - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations - Manage and mentor a team of online operations staff - Lead projects related to online operations, including vendor selection and implementation of new technologies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online operations management - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Strong people management and project management skills - Proficiency in data analysis and report generation - Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
