Job Description:
CenturyLink is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Operations Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 6 years of experience, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platforms to ensure seamless functionality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the performance of our online platforms, including website, mobile app, and online services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and updates - Monitor and analyze key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide technical support to resolve any issues or concerns related to online operations - Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and conversions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency - Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists to ensure high-quality work and collaboration - Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on online operations and solicit feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Experience with web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools - Knowledge of online security best practices and compliance regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
