Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Foot Locker in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail location. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service - Help ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment - Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance - Provide support to the sales team by helping with product knowledge, customer inquiries, and sales transactions - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance - Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs
