Operations Associate

Job Description:

Unity Technologies is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced technology company. The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and working closely with various departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities: - Support the Operations Manager in various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining office supplies - Assist in managing office facilities and vendor relationships - Provide general assistance to employees with IT and equipment needs - Assist with data entry and maintaining records in our internal systems - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to contribute to operational improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline processes - Uphold and promote a positive working environment that prioritizes understanding and empathy in all interactions

Requirements: - Proven reliability and resilience in a professional setting - Strong research and analytical skills - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
