Operations Manager

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at Foot Locker in our London, England location, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the store, while driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Implement and maintain operational procedures to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive store profitability. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, merchandising, and finance, to achieve overall business goals. 7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 8. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management or a related field. 2. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving operational goals. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 5. Adaptable and motivated, with a positive attitude. 6. Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
