Operations Manager

Job Description:

DTE Energy is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate-level Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. 4. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team. 5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. 6. Manage inventory levels and work closely with vendors to optimize supply chain processes. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 8. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management. 2. Confident and reliable with strong leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well under pressure. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 7. Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
