Job Description:
Seaboard, a leading company in London, England, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. 2. Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology. 3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization. 4. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in operational processes. 5. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management. 6. Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet operational goals and objectives. 7. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation. 8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in operations management or a related field. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve results. 3. Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills. 4. Proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
