Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity - Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows - Manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Oversee inventory management and procurement processes - Conduct regular performance reviews of operational staff and provide constructive feedback - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency - Communicate with stakeholders to address any operational concerns or issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and driving business growth - Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems - Energetic and passionate personality with a drive for continuous improvement - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
