Job Description - Operations Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and procedures - Manage a team of remote employees, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to inform decision-making


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Independent and energetic personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
