Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home, based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Lead a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive business growth - Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards - Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain logistics - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Communicate with key stakeholders to provide updates on operations performance - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proven track record of strategic planning and decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and passionate about driving results - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
