Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Personal Assistant to join our team at Allstate in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for professional development and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments - Coordinating meetings and events - Handling correspondence and communications - Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries - Managing expenses and budget tracking - Assisting with project management tasks - Providing general administrative support as needed
