L Brands is seeking a confident and passionate Personal Assistant to work from home in London, England. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments 2. Organizing virtual meetings and taking meeting minutes 3. Handling email correspondence and responding on behalf of the executive 4. Conducting research and preparing reports as needed 5. Making travel arrangements and accommodations 6. Assisting with personal errands and tasks as required 7. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant 2. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks 3. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle stressful situations with composure 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms 6. Ability to work independently and remotely 7. Bachelor's degree preferred
