Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant at Airbnb, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals from the comfort of your own home in London, England. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and a dedication to excellence. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Screen and respond to emails and phone calls - Make travel arrangements and hotel reservations - Prepare reports and presentations - Assist with project coordination and event planning - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Dedicated and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Strong negotiation skills and ability to problem-solve - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certification is a plus
