Job Description:
Calpine is seeking a part-time Remote Secretary to join our team in London, England, UK. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring efficient communication between team members and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with a high level of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports - Monitor and order office supplies as needed - Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and discretion
