Job Description - Virtual Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and resilient Virtual Assistant to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely to support our team with various administrative tasks and projects.


Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing schedules, emails, and appointments for team members - Assisting with research, data entry, and document preparation - Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls - Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests - Assisting with project management tasks and tracking progress - Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents - Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow


Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
