PVH is currently seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team in London, England. This position is entry-level and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, cooperative, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team members remotely. 2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. 3. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports. 4. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports. 5. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. 6. Conduct research and compile data as needed. 7. Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items. 8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication tools. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting. 6. Eager to learn and take on new challenges. 7. Previous experience as a virtual assistant is a plus.
