Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school based in Telford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to pupils in Key Stage 2, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of schemes of work and curriculum resources.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support the overall ethos of the school.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably within a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
