Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare company in London, England, UK, is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team remotely. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client communication and follow-up - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date - Handle invoicing and billing processes - Assist with preparing presentations and reports - Collaborate with team members on various projects - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve client issues - Use creativity to develop new strategies for client retention and growth


Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual - Strong negotiation and creativity skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience in account management or related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
