Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Peabody Energy is seeking a dynamic Account Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist with day-to-day account management tasks, including responding to client inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues. 2. Collaborate with the account management team to develop and execute strategic account plans. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. 5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings and internal stakeholders. 6. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requests. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Driven and confident personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
