Account Support Associate - Remote Work

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Support Associate to join our team at CVS Health in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be resilient, reliable, possess strong cooperation skills, and excel in people management.

Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and relationships - Provide support in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and feedback - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Monitor account activities and provide regular updates to clients - Handle administrative tasks related to account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
