Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team at Rite Aid. This is a remote work opportunity based in London, England, UK. As a part-time Account Support Manager at the Mid-to-Senior level, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues. - Provide ongoing support to clients, including assisting with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering product education and training. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account management strategies, develop customized solutions for clients, and ensure client needs are met. - Monitor account performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize client satisfaction and retention. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. - Act as a mentor and resource for junior account support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related field. - Resourceful and resilient personality traits are essential for success in this role. - Strong strategic planning and innovation skills are required to effectively manage client accounts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. - Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
