Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: As the Account Support Manager at Devon Energy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely from your location in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any support needs - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide timely solutions - Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to management - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Lead project management initiatives to improve client experience and efficiency - Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a similar role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
