Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team at CH2M Hill in London, UK. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. This position requires a high level of resilience and independence, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically to solve problems.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise - Manage and track client accounts, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand our client base - Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance metrics and trends - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere within the organization, promoting innovation and creativity

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Independent and self-motivated - Adaptability and ability to think critically - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
