Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hanesbrands, a leading apparel company, is seeking a remote Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, have excellent planning skills, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support key customer accounts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets - Prepare and present reports to management on account performance and goals

Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
