Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Oshkosh is seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Provide product information and support to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
