Job Description:
Textron is seeking a passionate and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from London, England, UK. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, managing invoices, and tracking shipments - Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their account and any relevant changes or updates - Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure customer satisfaction - Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
