Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team at American Airlines Group. This is a remote work position based in London, England. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various account-related tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support via phone, email, and chat - Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate account management - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support client needs - Analyze account data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Driven and reliable with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
