Job Description:
FMC Technologies is seeking a passionate and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis from London, England, UK. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively - Assist with account management tasks, including processing orders, managing returns, and updating customer information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients as needed - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any concerns to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation abilities - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
